The Requirements Management Plan describes for the engagement:

the requirements strategy (high level decisions, also regarding tooling);

the stakeholders of the requirements and their requirements concerning requirement engineering;

the stakeholders of the content;

the RACI and the governance for the requirements;

the level of governance for the requirements;
-
the quality criteria and the level of quality for the requirements;
-
documentation guidelines for the requirements ;
-
tooling instructions.
The level of quality may be indicated by the SMART rule where each requirement should be:

S pecific
-
M easurable
-
A ttainable
-
R ealisable
-
T raceable.
Be aware there are different definitions to the SMART acronym.
From an industrialization view standardization of the captured requirements is key, because of our offshore ambition.
NOTE: Reuse of the templates from the IRMA (Integrated Requirement Management Approach is advised. Templates for RUP
and SAP requirements artifacts are already available. Templates are under construction for SEMBA.
